Okehampton Tennis Club

Situated in a prime position within Simmons Park, with direct access to the Pavilion in the Park. On offer is a range of social and competitive tennis for players of all ages and abilities, with a range of membership packages available.

If you are new to the game or a returning player, we run a 'Rusty Rackets' session which is open to anyone and free for members. We run our club sessions on Tuesday evenings and Saturday afternoons where members can just turn up and get a few, non-competitive, games in with fellow members. If you want to play more competitive tennis then we run a ladies' A team, a ladies' B team, a mixed doubles team and a men's teams in the Exeter and District League.

Coaching - Our popular Saturday Morning Junior sessions have changed since November 2018. Details can be seen on the club notice board in the OCRA Pavilion.

Club Sessions - Open to all members over the age of 14. Tuesday nights from 6-9pm. Saturday afternoons from 2-5pm.

Non-members are welcome to come and try before committing to joining the club - First session free of charge then up to 2 sessions on a pay-as-you-go basis at £4 per session.

Rusty Rackets - All beginners/novices welcome, rackets provided and costs only £3 (free to members). Mondays at 10am.

League Tennis - There are lots of opportunities for anyone wishing to play some league tennis. We have a men's, ladie's and a mixed team in the Summer League and a ladie's and mixed team in the Winter League.ew paragraph
